One woman lighting the way through the pandemic

Rita Di Napoli lives in Sydney and during last year’s lockdown was inspired by its churches to launch her own fragrant candle-making and card-printing business. She kindly gave me a couple of candles to sample and they really are beautiful.

In other news, since I’m doing shout outs, last night I made the rosemary and black truffle fondant potatoes recipe that’s posted over at Dorothy’s New Vintage Kitchen. Amazing and super easy! I’ll definitely be using this method again.
